Pricing That Fits Your Operation

Our pricing is structured around what your business actually needs, without requiring you to fit into a fixed fulfillment package.

No Minimum Monthly Order Commitment

You do not need to commit to a minimum number of orders each month. If your order volume changes from month to month, you will not be charged fulfillment fees simply because you did not reach a committed order volume.

No Fixed Fulfillment Package

Your service setup is based on the warehousing, fulfillment, handling, and dispatch support you actually require, rather than a predefined package that may include services you do not need.

What Determines Your Price?

Every fulfillment operation is different. Your quotation is based on the space, workload, and handling requirements involved in supporting your business.

  1. Product Type, Size & Weight

The type, dimensions, weight, and handling requirements of your products can affect storage and fulfillment costs.

  2. Storage Volume

Pricing depends on how much warehouse space your inventory requires and how your stock needs to be stored.

  3. SKU Count & Inventory Complexity

A larger number of SKUs, or products that require more detailed inventory handling, may involve additional operational work.

  4. Inbound Frequency & Volume

The frequency and size of incoming shipments affect receiving, checking, counting, put-away, and inventory handling.

  5. Order Volume & Order Profile

Pricing depends not only on the number of orders, but also on the number of items per order, B2C or B2B requirements, and the complexity of each fulfillment process.

  6. Packing, Value-added & Dispatch Requirements

Special packing, labelling, kitting, repacking, custom handling, or specific delivery and dispatch requirements may affect the final quotation.

How Your Fulfillment Cost Is Built

Depending on your operation, your quotation may include some or all of the following cost components.

  1. Warehousing & Storage

Covers the warehouse space and storage arrangement required for your inventory.

  2. Inbound Handling

Covers receiving, checking, counting, and putting away incoming inventory. Pricing depends on shipment volume and handling requirements.

  3. Pick & Pack

Covers the work required to pick, pack, and prepare each order for dispatch.

  4. B2B / Retail Fulfillment

Wholesale, retail, or bulk orders may involve carton handling, labelling, packing, documentation, or other requirements that differ from standard B2C fulfillment.

  5. Value-added Services

Services such as labelling, repacking, kitting, bundling, inserts, or other custom handling are quoted according to the work required.

  6. Delivery & Dispatch

Courier, local delivery, HKTVmall dispatch, or other delivery arrangements are quoted according to the service and dispatch requirements.

Different Operations, Different Pricing

Businesses with similar monthly order volumes can still have very different fulfillment cost structures.

Growing E-commerce Brand

Typical cost focus: storage, inbound handling, pick & pack, and local delivery.

B2C + B2B Operation

Typical cost focus: individual order fulfillment, carton handling, labelling, documentation, and different dispatch arrangements.

Storage-led or Seasonal Business

Typical cost focus: warehousing and inbound handling, with fulfillment activity varying according to order volume and season.

This is why businesses with similar order volumes can still have different fulfillment costs.
